PCS 3103 Professional Leadership Strategies
This course is tailored to empower adult learners currently active in the workforce, and students with proficiency in technical fields by equipping them with practical expertise to elevate their leadership capabilities.


PCS 3203 Applied Leadership in Strategic Initiatives
This course introduces students to the essentials of leading and executing strategic initiatives. Students will engage in hands-on activities that simulate real-world challenges, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.


PCS 3303 Interdisciplinary Analytics for Informed Decision-Making
This course provides an interdisciplinary approach to data-driven decision-making. Students will learn to collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to a variety of organizational challenges.


PCS 4003 Personnel Management for the Public Sector
This course provides a hands-on approach to human resources management in the public sector. Students will learn practical skills in workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, risk management and workplace safety, and diversity and inclusion.
